Project Log – Happening Holborn

It has been a busy time for the Propia team recently, so busy in fact that we have completely neglected to (very belatedly) post any pictures of a fun little project we took on towards the back end of summer 2014. This one was a little different……

As you should all know by now, our core service at Propia revolves around the London residential property market. Nonetheless that does not mean we do not have a team of talented tradesmen who are always keen to try their hand at a new challenge. In this instance we were asked by the guys at Grill Market, Holborn to help them with a re-fit of their deli. Working closely with interior designer Kiri Barker of Trend & Fayre fame we were tasked with stripping out the existing, poorly arranged, layout and creating a new space to allow for a significant increase in seating options as well as a new look and feel to the space.

From the beautiful Moroccan cement floor tiles up to re-arranging the extraction system in the ceiling we rebuilt the space from scratch. This was very much a fun summer project and our focus remains on the residential market, but it provided an enjoyable interlude nonetheless. Thanks to Grill Market and Kiri Barker for being so great to work with, the next venue is already in the pipeline….watch this space!
